Triumph Consultants Limited was established in 2000. Having started life as an advisory/consultancy business to local government, within the specialist field of parking services, it evolved by stages to today’s recruitment and employment business, which operates across 3 main divisions as follows:

1.     Parking services: Here we are for the most part a specialist supplier of temporary and contract personnel to private sector outsourcing companies which are themselves serving local government. We provide both on and off-street workers and enjoy national coverage.

2.     Public sector recruitment: We now work with more than 150 local authority, emergency service and central government clients, supplying temporary and contract staff across the UK.

3.     Private sector recruitment: We occupy a niche role within this field, choosing to work for the most part through Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) companies. Our clients within this field include major banking groups, accountancy firms, insurance businesses and large corporates.

We are an internet based agency and none of our consultants, nor their support staff, are based at the premises above - which are back office only and deal exclusively with payroll, accounts and HR issues.

Our business model generally operates on the basis of us posting the roles and our candidates applying for them. That sounds as though we treat our candidates as commodities, but it is an approach that works because a) it ensures that all candidates put forward to our clients are actively seeking work and b) that we never "tout" candidates' CVs around the marketplace without seeking their approval first - a practice that all too many agencies are guilty of.

Our "side of the deal" is that we take all advertisements down the moment we are notified that they have been filled. That way, you can be sure that any vacancy you see on-line from us will be a live one.
